2. Legal Background

2.1 Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from a distance service contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

2.2 This right applies unless you expressly request the service to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge the consequences of such request.

3. Express Request for Immediate Commencement

3.1 I hereby expressly request that Dasko-JDM Direct begins providing the agreed intermediary and sourcing services immediately, before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.

3.2 I understand that these services include, but are not limited to:

• vehicle sourcing,
• requesting and sending offers,
• initiating vehicle verification,
• contacting sellers or auction houses,
• preparing bids or negotiations,
• administrative and coordination work.

4. Acknowledgement of Loss of Withdrawal Right

4.1 I acknowledge and agree that once Dasko-JDM Direct has fully or partially performed the requested paid services (including vehicle sourcing, verification, coordination, or transaction preparation), my statutory right of withdrawal may be lost or limited in accordance with applicable law.

4.2 I understand that:

• the Sourcing Fee and/or Service Fee may become non-refundable once the relevant services have commenced,

• I may be required to pay for services already performed, proportionate to the work completed,

• client funds paid as a Bond remain my property and are not affected by this waiver, except as applied toward approved purchase-related costs.

5. Consumer Confirmation

5.1 I confirm that:

• I am acting as a private consumer, not as a business,
• I have read and understood the Terms of Service (Private Consumers Only),
• I am making this request voluntarily and without pressure,
• I understand the legal consequences of signing this waiver.

6. Governing Law

6.1 This Waiver is governed by the laws of Ireland and interpreted in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law.
