• Vehicle Registration with Irish or EU authorities

• VRT assessment and payment coordination (Vehicle Registration Tax)

• Import duty & VAT processing, where applicable

• Revenue declarations and NOVA submission (for Ireland)

• Submission of all required customs and compliance documentation

• Preparation for the NCT, including initial checks and advice on any required work

We'll also provide advance estimates of these costs so you can plan your total budget clearly, no unexpected surprises.

Shipping & Customs Handling

From port to port, we manage the entire international logistics process, ensuring your vehicle arrives safely, on time, and with all legal requirements fully met. We handle shipping and customs so you don't have to worry about the paperwork or the red tape.

Our shipping and customs service includes:

• Domestic transport within Japan from the auction house or seller to the export yard

• Storage and handling in secure export yards, including inspections and documentation prep

• Ocean freight booking, either via RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) or container shipping

• Customs documentation preparation for both Japan and EU import clearance

• Import declaration filing and coordination with Irish/EU customs authorities

• Port handling & unloading at the destination (e.g. Dublin, Cork, Rotterdam, etc.)

• Final inland transport to our facility or directly to your location

• Compliance with EU import regulations, including HS codes and vehicle classification
